Before breaking ground:
Mike and Deborah will sit down with you and help you think through every room of your new home, advising you on design selections matching your style and budget. You will use their developed Design Sheet to map out all house design selections BEFORE construction begins. Mike has even been known to meet a client at the granite showroom to help narrow options.
During construction:
With design selections out of the way, home construction moves along like a well-oiled machine. Over the years, Homes By Arden Squire has developed a very detailed project tracking system to keep your build on-time and on-budget. Mike manages your home project on-site while Deborah manages the back office. As a team, they have become experts at planning home builds and sticking to the timeline.
Before move-in:
You can expect full-service design consulting. If desired, Homes By Arden Squire will become your home furnishing personal shopper using non-traditional purchasing channels.
