Meet Mike & Deborah
As a 4th generation general contractor, Mike Rudzik is no stranger to residential construction. He spent his childhood riding along to house building sites with his dad in Sulphur Spring, TX. After graduating with both his B.B.A and M.S. in Business Production & Operations Management from Texas A&M-Commerce, Mike spent a short 3 years in law enforcement in Terrell, TX. Yet his familial roots were calling him back to construction.
Mike and Deborah Rudsik founded Arden Squire Consulting in 1993– offering architectural and interior design consulting to the discerning home buyer. Squire means “always learning”. This continuous improvement approach has become the hallmark of Mike’s craft and project management style in both the North Dallas (1993-2010) and Northwest Arkansas (2010-present) markets.
